[X-Y Plot region] Settings changes to take effect upon closing settings dialog

 Description

Currently, settings like Points or PropertySource> Index take only effect if the sheet is re-calculated.

I recommend to let them take effect either directly upon change or (less convenient) when closing the dialog. Having an "Apply" button would also be good.

Actually this applies to any changes which require vertex update (mouse zoom and pan, manual change of axes limits, number of sampling points....)
